Making your Service Appointment:
Scheduling your service appointment at O’Brien Nissan of Bloomington is easy! Make your appointment online anytime, anywhere or give us a call to schedule an appointment with a service advisor. Never worry about missing your appointment because our Customer Success Team will send your reminders before your appointment.
When you arrive at O’Brien Nissan of Bloomington pull into the service drive with the direction of our Service Porters or Service Advisors. An advisor will greet you at your vehicle’s door and walk you to their desk to review your appointment. At this time they will explain the service work being done and ask if there are any other concerns. Our Service Advisors will answer any questions you have about your appointment.
While you wait for your vehicle to be serviced you have the option to use our shuttle or any available courtesy vehicle. Our driver’s will make sure you get back home or to work, and when you’re ready to pick up your vehicle give them a call– they’ll come pick you up!
